Continue Mysterious Bay: deliver Samael's letter to Kim and get the witches' help with the waterfall tree. This direction follows the quest objectives; the Aqua overview describes a letter in the opposite direction.

For normal walkway access, bring Ludo the requested Margherita Pizza and attend the Luna Bay party. This is a separate access upgrade, not a documented Aqua prerequisite.
