Moonlight Peaks Fast Travel Guide
The world of Moonlight Peaks is surprisingly large — here's how to get around faster.
Hellkitten Form — Your Main Speed Boost
The first and most important mobility upgrade. Unlock via the event chain: A Bridge Too Far → Tension in the Crest Garden → A Croak and a Crest → The Dinner Party.
- Access: left shoulder button → magic wheel
- Significantly faster movement speed
- Also digs dirt patches with Y (less energy)
- Most players stay in Hellkitten form permanently once unlocked
Bat Form — Flying & High Places
Unlocked later in the story. Allows flight and reaching otherwise inaccessible areas.
Antique Clock — Extend Night Duration
Collect Soul Blobs (floating skulls in Misty Shores). At 10-20 collected, Death rewards you with the Antique Clock.
- Default night: 15 minutes
- With Antique Clock: extends to 25 minutes
- Can also shorten to 10 minutes
- Change in Settings → Night Duration
More time per night = more distance covered = less rush.
Map Tips
- No mini-map — open full map with
-(Switch) then right shoulder to map tab - Map shows all character avatars in real time
- Shops show opening hours on the map
- No wasted space — the world is dense but well-connected
